Day 1 HO CHI MINH CITY – TIEN GIANG – BEN TRE – CAN THO

08:00 – Pick-up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Depart for Ben Tre, located in the heart of the Mekong Delta.
10:30 – Visit Vinh Trang Temple, a beautiful blend of Vietnamese, Khmer, and Chinese architecture. Admire its serene gardens, ornate carvings, and vibrant mosaics.
11:30 – Arrive in Ben Tre and start your Mekong River exploration. Cruise along the Chet Say River, watch local fishermen, and visit a traditional brick factory and coconut candy workshop. Sample seasonal fruits and honey tea.
12:30 – Enjoy lunch at a local riverside restaurant.
After lunch, take a bicycle ride through quiet villages, visit a mat-weaving house, and observe daily life in Western Vietnam. Continue your journey with a Xe Loi (Vietnamese tuk-tuk) to reach a small water-coconut canal, where you’ll enjoy a peaceful rowing boat ride through lush scenery.
15:00 – Depart for Can Tho City, the capital of the Mekong Delta.

Day 2 CAN THO – CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – SON ISLET – HO CHI MINH CITY

05:30 – Early morning departure to explore the Cai Rang Floating Market, one of Vietnam’s most famous attractions. Watch the sunrise over the Can Tho River and the lively trading boats selling fruits, coffee, and breakfast dishes.
06:15 – Get closer to local life as you enjoy breakfast on the boat, surrounded by the market’s bustling energy.
07:30 – Visit a traditional rice noodle workshop and try making your own noodles guided by locals.
08:15 – Continue your cruise through small canals, immersing yourself in the lush beauty of the Mekong countryside.
10:15 – Visit a local cocoa farm and meet the only craftsman in Vietnam producing handmade chocolate using his secret recipe.
11:30 – Continue to Son Islet, a tranquil island known for community tourism.
12:00 – Discover local life and cuisine on Son Islet: walk through tropical orchards, taste organic fruits, learn to make traditional Mekong cakes, and listen to local stories about rural life.
14:30 – Explore fish farms along the Hau River and visit floating fish cages on the Bassac River.
16:00 – Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End of tour.
